International Claims Agency Ltd was formed in 1994 and has since grown to become a well
known claims handling agency specialising in freight liability, marine cargo, and household
removal claims.

We provide bespoke claims management and handling services to a number of insurance
companies both in the UK and worldwide.

We believe that flexibility is key to success, and we are able to tailor our services to handle
anything from an individual claim instruction through to the management of an entire scheme,
working either under a delegated authority or on an individual report basis.

If required, we are able to arrange inspections in any Country worldwide, either using our
own experts, or by utilising one of our approved network of surveyors.

We are registered with the Financial Services Authority in order to provide peace of mind
for both clients and claimants.
